Leveraging global public relations experience, Gina created Meagher Marketing to service organizations and companies such as National Pork Board, United Women’s Empowerment (United WE), and University of Kansas Cancer Center. Gina gains visibility for her clients through earned media relations, she improves brand perception with strategic content and message development, and increases credibility with thought leadership.

Gina is known for having an unwavering attention to detail, the ability to adapt quickly, channeling a client-centric point of view, and delivering the best possible results for her clients. Her penchant for delivering media results goes beyond a good pitch – it demonstrates a deep understanding of the industry, her clients, and the media landscape. Furthermore, she develops ways to turn traditional communication assets into digital opportunities.

Gina joined FleishmanHillard in 2012 as a key member of the consumer-marketing, healthcare, and food and agriculture teams. During her tenure she drove program management, corporate reputation, executive visibility, media relations and digital engagement for a diverse client roster including AT&T, Hallmark Cards, Children’s Mercy Hospital, and Bayer Animal Health.

Gina has served multiple terms on the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) board, mentored PRSSA students, volunteered for the Children’s TLC Marketing committee, and served on the Boulevardia planning committee. She has been honored with multiple local and national public relation awards, also including FleishmanHillard’s coveted Team Player Award.

Gina has a Bachelor of Science in journalism with an emphasis in strategic communication from the University of Kansas. She resides in Kansas City with her husband, three kids, and black Labrador Retriever. 

In her “free” time you’ll find her listening to country music or a podcast, visiting friends, or embracing her night-owl tendencies with an evening workout.
